Flat Fee Pricing
Whenever possible, I provide flat-fee pricing so clients know the cost of representation up front. Every case is unique, and each pricing plan is tailored to the specific services required to resolve the client’s legal matter. Fees are determined by factors such as the type of case, its complexity, and the amount of attorney time anticipated.
All fees are fully explained in advance, and representation begins once a Letter of Engagement is signed. If a legal matter involves multiple steps or possible outcomes, I outline the cost of each option so clients can make informed decisions about how to proceed.
Please note that while many cases can be handled on a flat-fee basis, some matters are billed differently depending on the circumstances.
