Flat Fee Pricing
Whenever possible, I offer flat fee pricing for my services. Each pricing plan is specific to each client and the services required to resolve their legal matter. The cost of each representation is determined by a number of factors, including the type of legal issue, degree of complexity, and amount of attorney time expected to handle the matter. Each pricing plan is fully explained and representation begins once a Letter of Engagement is signed. When there are multiple potential steps to resolve a legal matter, I'll explain the fees for each and the client can choose how to proceed. Please note that some legal matters cannot be handled for a flat attorney fee.
